My Story
I am a Kansas City native who went on to Tennessee State University and completed a bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in supply chain management in Fall 2021. While at TSU, I interned for a company called Music City Baseball as an Operations Intern during my last semester. Once I graduated, I was promoted to Operations Coordinator and worked there until October 2022, when I was laid off due to budget cuts. Serving in that position, I was exposed more to real estate development and what goes into developing an area and bringing in business. I went into supply chain because I had an interest in the flow of goods and processes and all of the problem-solving that went into getting a product from A to Z. As I tried to get into the industry, I found out that the industry is more about sales and meeting quotas, so I decided to research my interest in real estate development, I decided to pivot my career towards real estate development and investing SO I started a Master’s in Finance with a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate at the beginning of this year. I am expected to graduate in Spring 2026 and currently have a 3.85 GPA.

I completed a project in which I am using stock valuation, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to buy, sell, or hold a stake within Solar Edge Technologies.
I evaluated the real estate deal of Wildcat Capital Investors purchasing the property Financial Commons. During this project, I forecasted the possible equity before-tax cash flow for three potential deal structures. I analyzed various financing sources for the purchase, assessing their impact on the deal's profitability. Additionally, I evaluated how tenant capacity and lease agreements would help reimburse the loan. I also analyzed the timeline to determine the preferred return.
AMC
I evaluated the leveraged buyout of AMC Theatres by JP Morgan. I analyzed the deal's capital structure and determined the optimal purchase price per share.
